Not to worry, you can always order a single one-off 30 min. job for $79. Of course we think you would be crazy to do that when you can get a ton more done on your site by purchasing a monthly plan.. but hey, it's totally up to you.
After signing up we will need to get your login information and do a quick site check to make sure we can connect and activate your account. Once this is done you can submit your first request and our team will begin working on it right away.
No. Our monthly service is billed using recurring monthly charges on your credit card. There are no long term contracts to sign, set up fees or cancellation fees. Our clients retain us month over month because we provide an amazing service and we prove it every month.
We'll do everything we can to fix the hack and get you back up and running ASAP, even if it means going outside of the official scope of 30 minute jobs.
Simply open a request and we'll take care of you right away. We will be very sad and miss you terribly, but as we said there are no long term contracts forcing you to stay.
Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with our service in the first 30 days we will refund your subscription. If it is beyond the first 30 days, you can cancel your service at any time and you will not be billed for the next month. No long term contracts, no tricks.
